Reporting Damage

We encourage you to inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defect, or discrepancy, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage

To process your claim efficiently, please share clear photographs or a short video of the damaged product and its packaging.

Well lit, clearly visible evidence helps us assess the issue quickly and fairly.

Review & Resolution

Once we receive your report, our team reviews the claim within 2 to 3 working days. Upon verification, we'll resolve it through one of the following:

Replacement  ·  A new pair, shipped at no additional cost.

Store Credit  ·  Equivalent value, applied to your Sleepaxa account.

Refund  ·  Where replacement isn't feasible, the full amount is returned to your original payment method.

Returning the Damaged Product

In certain cases, we may request the return of the damaged product for quality checks.

Sleepaxa provides a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Please pack the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.

Our Packaging Standards

Every Sleepaxa pair is packaged with intention, in a protective case, tamper proof outer box, and durable cushioning, designed to safeguard your eyewear through every stage of transit.

If your package arrives visibly tampered with or severely damaged on the outside, you have the right to refuse acceptance at delivery.

Exceptions

In keeping with industry practice, the following falls outside damage protection coverage:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or third party sellers not affiliated with Sleepaxa.

If your order was placed through our website or official platforms, you're fully covered.
