No contract exists between you and Sleepaxa for any service until we confirm your order via email or other appropriate communication.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepaxa disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no representation that the service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of Sleepaxa under any provision of this Agreement, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service.

In no event shall Sleepaxa be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sleepaxa, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third party right.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. For material revisions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to the updated terms.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Sleepaxa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has already been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Sleepaxa, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sleepaxa concerning the service. It supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
