Before You Decide

Give Your Eyes Time to Adapt

SleepAxa lenses are photobiological eyewear — engineered with precise wavelength filtration and therapeutic tints. Your visual system needs 3 to 7 days to fully recalibrate to the new light spectrum entering your eyes.

Mild colour shifts, depth perception changes, or a slight feeling of unfamiliarity in the first few days are completely normal. It simply means the lenses are doing their work.

Who Can Return or Exchange

Zero Power Glasses are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Prescription Glasses are crafted to your exact vision specifications. As each pair is uniquely yours, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Shipping & Processing

Self-ship your product to our warehouse. Pickup services are not currently available.

Verification & Exchange  ·  7 to 9 working days from receipt.

Refund Processing  ·  Up to 1 to 2 additional working days.

Courier Reimbursement  ·  ₹100 covered for return shipping within India.

Packaging & Condition

Pack the product securely in the original SleepAxa box, case, and inserts.

Only unused and undamaged products are eligible. Scratches, cracks, or frame damage will result in the product being returned without refund.

Damaged in Transit

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a clear unboxing video or photographs. We'll take care of the rest, swiftly.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed within 5 working days of verification.

Partial refunds are not offered.

Delivery Timelines

Zero Power  ·  4 to 6 working days

Prescription  ·  7 to 9 working days

Buffer  ·  An additional 3 working days in rare cases of unavoidable delay

Should delivery exceed the extended timeline, you're entitled to a full refund.

One Time Exchange

Each product is entitled to a single exchange. Subsequent requests on the same order will not be processed.

Multi Product Orders

For partial returns within a multi product order, self ship the eligible product to our warehouse. Courier costs of up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.
