Sleepaxa Return & Exchange Policy
We at Sleepaxa aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our detailed Return & Exchange Policy to understand our process and guidelines. By placing an order, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Zero Power Glasses: Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Prescription Glasses: Due to the customized nature, returns and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Process for Initiating Return or Exchange

- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within the eligible period mentioned above.
3. Return or Exchange Shipment & Processing Time
- Customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Pickup services are not available.
- Once the product is received and verified, the return or exchange process will be initiated.
- Timeline: 7–9 working days for verification & exchange initiation, plus up to 5 working days for refund (if applicable).
- Sleepaxa will reimburse up to ₹100 (India/Asia) or equivalent for international customers (North America/Global) towards return courier charges.
4. Return Packaging & Condition Requirements
- Products must be packed securely in the original Sleepaxa box, case, and packaging.
- Only products in unused and undamaged condition (no scratches, cracks, or frame damage) will be accepted.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
- If your product is damaged during shipping, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide video or photographic proof of the damage for claim validation.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable for zero-power glasses) will be processed within 5 working days after product verification.
- Partial refunds are not permitted.
7. Delivery Timelines
- Zero Power Glasses: 4–6 working days.
- Prescription Glasses: 7–9 working days.
- Buffer Period: In rare cases of unavoidable delays, an additional 3 working days may be required.
- If delivery does not occur within this extended timeline, customers are entitled to a full refund.
8. One-Time Exchange Policy
- Customers are entitled to only one exchange per product.
- Subsequent exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
9. Special Cases for Simultaneous Orders
- If multiple products are ordered and one requires return/exchange, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- Return shipping costs (up to ₹100) will be compensated.
All disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat (India).
