Sleepaxa Return & Exchange Policy
We at Sleepaxa aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our detailed Return & Exchange Policy to understand our process and guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Zero Power Glasses: Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Prescription Glasses: Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are not available for prescription glasses.
2. Process for Initiating Return or Exchange

- Please ensure all return or exchange requests are initiated within the eligibility period mentioned above.
3. Return or Exchange Processing Time
- The process will take approximately 8-10 working days due to:
- Product verification.
- Coordination with third-party reverse shipping partners.
- Expedited returns are not available under any circumstances.
4. Return Packaging & Condition Requirements
- Sleepaxa will provide a return label. Customers must:
- Pack the product securely in the original box and case.
- Ensure the product is in good condition (e.g., no scratches on glasses, no damage to the frame).
- Only products meeting these conditions will be eligible for return or exchange.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
- If your product is damaged during shipping:
- Provide videos or images showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
- In special cases where videos or images cannot be provided, customers must inform us via any contact method mentioned above within the same timeframe.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- Partial refunds are not allowed.
7. Delivery Timelines
- Zero Power Glasses: Delivery is promised within 4-6 working days.
- Prescription Glasses: Delivery is promised within 7-9 working days.
- Grace/Buffer Period: In case of unavoidable delays, an additional 3 days is granted.
- If the product is not delivered within this extended timeline, customers are eligible for a full refund for both zero power and prescription glasses.
8. One-Time Exchange Policy
- Customers are entitled to only one exchange per product. Subsequent exchanges for the same product are not permitted.
9. Special Cases for Simultaneous Orders
- In cases where a customer places multiple orders simultaneously and wishes to return or replace one product:
- The customer must ship the product to our warehouse.
- Any shipping costs incurred will be compensated by Sleepaxa.
