What's Covered
Lens Coating Warranty
6 months from delivery
Covers issues related to the lens coating, ensuring durability and consistent optical performance over time.
Note: Surface scratches from regular use are not covered.
Frame Manufacturing Warranty
1 year from delivery
Covers manufacturing defects such as cracks on the frame front, ensuring the structural integrity you'd expect from a Sleepaxa pair.
Note: Damage to the temple length and hinge breakage falls outside this warranty, as these areas are most affected by daily handling.

What's Not Covered
In keeping with industry practice, the following are excluded from warranty:
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence.
Accidental damage such as dropping or mishandling the product.
Wear and tear from regular use over time.
Damage from exposure to chemicals or corrosive materials.

Replacement Policy
Frame Warranty · If your frame is found eligible under warranty, we'll replace the frame itself.
Lens Replacement · Lenses will not be replaced if only the frame is damaged.
Out of Stock · Should the original frame be unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or equivalent product based on availability.

Resolution Timeline
Verified warranty claims are processed within 7 to 11 working days.
In rare cases of unforeseen delay, an additional 3 day grace period may apply.

Replacement Packaging
Replacements are shipped without the original case or box.
If you'd like a fresh case or box with your replacement, simply let us know before it ships.
We're happy to include them at no additional cost, ensuring you have everything you need for your eyewear.
