1. Warranty Coverage

The Sleepaxa warranty applies to all products purchased directly through our website and is structured as follows:

Glasses Coating Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 6 months.
  • Covers issues related to the coating on the lenses, ensuring durability and performance.
  • Note: Scratches on the lenses are not covered under this warranty.

Frame Manufacturing Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 1 year.
  • Covers manufacturing defects such as cracks on the frame front.
  • Exclusions:
    • Damage to the temple length of the frame.
    • Hinge breakage is also not covered under this warranty.

We believe in creating durable products, but some components, such as hinges, are subject to handling and care, which falls beyond the scope of manufacturing defects.


2. Non-Coverage Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damages caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping or mishandling the product).
  • Wear and tear from regular use over time.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemical hazards or corrosive materials.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Frame Warranty: If a frame issue is identified as eligible under warranty, we will replace the frame.
  • Lens Replacement: Glasses will not be replaced under any circumstances if the frame alone is damaged.
  • If the damaged frame or product is out of stock, we will arrange an alternative frame or equivalent product based on availability.

5. Warranty Fulfillment Timeline

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7-11 working days from the time the issue is verified.
  • In rare circumstances, a 3-day grace period may apply due to unforeseen delays.

6. Packaging for Replacement

  • Replacements do not include the original cases or boxes.
  • Customers requiring a replacement case or box must notify us before the replacement is shipped.
  • We are happy to provide these as complimentary items, ensuring you have everything you need for your eyewear.
