Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an AWB tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

Address Changes
Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If you need to update your address, please reach out to our care team within 12 hours of placing the order.

Every Sleepaxa pair is packaged with care, in a protective case and tamper proof outer box, designed to ensure your eyewear arrives in pristine condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video or photographs as proof.
If proof can't be shared, simply reach us via WhatsApp or email and we'll guide you through the replacement process personally.

We ship Sleepaxa eyewear globally. International payments are processed through PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, and CCAvenue, all secured with multi currency support.
Track your international order using the AWB number provided by Shiprocket Priority, Aramex Expedited, or FedEx.
Customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are borne by the recipient.
