  • Zero Power Glasses: Delivered within 4-6 working days (+3 grace days for unavoidable circumstances).
  • Prescription Glasses: Delivered within 7-9 working days (+3 grace days for unavoidable circumstances).
  • International Orders:
    • Standard: 10-14 working days.
    • Expedited: 6-9 working days.

Delivery timelines for regions like Jammu & Kashmir, Meghalaya, and Puducherry may vary due to logistical challenges.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Customers will receive an AWB tracking number via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
  • For any assistance, you can also contact us via WhatsApp to track your shipment.

6. Address Change Policy

  • Once the product is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

7. Product Packaging

All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

8. Defective/Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Provide videos or images as proof.
