2. Mandatory Proof of Use

To prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide all of the following:

  1. Progressive Usage Evidence: Clear, date-stamped photographs of the customer wearing the glasses at Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, and Day 30.

  2. Medical Certification: A written and signed certificate from a registered medical practitioner (ophthalmologist, neurologist, or optometrist) explicitly stating that:

  • Shipping, handling, packaging, and payment gateway charges are strictly non-refundable.
