Most blue-light lenses shave a little off the blue band. This one holds a hard cutoff at 550nm, which is where the research on melatonin suppression actually sits. Every batch is checked on a spectrophotometer before it ships.

Turn over the arm of the glasses you wear now. Three numbers are printed inside, something like 52-18-140. That is lens width, bridge, and arm length in millimetres.

This frame is 56-15-140 and 137mm across the front. If your current pair slides down your nose, you want a narrower bridge. If it presses on the sides of your nose, you want a wider one.
