What this lens actually does

Everything left of the line is stopped.

Most blue-light lenses shave a little off the blue band. This one holds a hard cutoff at 550nm, which is where the research on melatonin suppression actually sits. Every batch is checked on a spectrophotometer before it ships.

The fit
Will this fit me?The three numbers inside your arm

Turn over the arm of the glasses you wear now. Three numbers are printed inside, something like 52-18-140. That is lens width, bridge, and arm length in millimetres.

The lens
Amber or Red?Two tints, two jobs

Sleepaxa Amber

100% block at 500nm, allows green

The all-day pair. Indoor and outdoor, day or evening, screen comfort with colour balance kept. No time limit.

Sleepaxa Red

100% block at 550nm, no blue or green

For severe sleep trouble. Indoor only, 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Maximum melatonin, deepest sleep prep.

If you can only take one pair, take Amber. Most customers add Red later.

Facial Wrap

Migraine relief,
sealed in.

A wrap-around frame formed from Swiss-grade Ultem. A lens calibrated for the wavelengths that hurt. Full facial coverage means no light sneaks in from the sides, top, or bottom — the migraine glass built for people who need every stray photon stopped.

Chapter I

The best filter in the world
fails if light goes
around it.

Most migraine eyewear is a flat frame with a tinted lens. The lens does its job — and then fluorescent light pours in over the top, sunlight leaks in from the sides, and the attack begins anyway. For a person dealing with photophobia, the gap around the frame matters as much as the lens inside it.

The Facial Wrap closes that gap. Formed from Swiss-grade Ultem, the aerospace polymer chosen where failure isn't an option, it curves with your face to seal the entire eye area. Featherweight where it counts. Unbreakable where it matters.

The Material

Swiss-Grade Ultem.

Featherlight

Aerospace Polymer

The same polyetherimide family used in aircraft interiors and medical devices. So light you forget it's on — critical during a 12-hour photophobia day.

Memory-Flex

Twists. Returns. Survives.

Ultem flexes under stress and springs back to shape. Sat on, dropped, crushed in a bag — it returns where acetate cracks and metal bends.

0%

BPA · Toxins

Skin-safe. Hypoallergenic. Heat-stable enough to survive a car dashboard. Designed for 12+ hour daily wear without irritation.

Ultem isn't a fashion material. It's an engineering material — chosen by industries where a component failing has real consequences. That's exactly the standard a frame should meet when it's protecting someone from pain.

The Facial Wrap is precision-formed to Swiss tolerances so the wrap sits flush without pressure points, then lens-fitted and finished in our Surat workshop.

Chapter II

The science
behind the colour.

For decades, neuro-ophthalmologists at Utah's Moran Eye Center have studied a peculiar phenomenon: certain wavelengths of light, between 480 and 520 nanometers, consistently triggered migraine symptoms in clinical patients. Block those wavelengths, and the symptoms eased.

That's the principle behind FL-41, a precision-tuned rose-amber filter that selectively neutralises this exact band, while preserving the soothing green wavelengths the visual cortex finds calming.

Sleepaxa pairs FL-41 filtration with MR-8 optical resin, developed by Mitsui for the world's most demanding prescription lenses. High Abbe value. Zero chromatic distortion. Edges that stay sharp from morning to midnight.

Chapter III

Five layers,
in sequence.

A premium lens isn't one thing. It's a stack of engineered surfaces, each chosen for a specific purpose, each applied in the correct order, each contributing to a single outcome: visual comfort.

i.

Hard Coat

The scratch-resistant base. Survives years of daily handling, the in-and-out of cases, accidental brushes against bags and pockets.

ii.

Anti-Reflective

Eliminates ghost reflections from screens and overhead lights, the secondary glare that quietly compounds migraine triggers throughout the day.

iii.

FL-41 Filtration Core The Heart

The functional layer. Tuned to neutralise the 480 to 520 nm migraine trigger band while preserving soothing green wavelengths the visual cortex calms toward.

iv.

Hydrophobic

Water beads off rather than smearing. Rain, sweat, splashes, condensation — none of it ends in a panicked wipe before walking into a meeting.

v.

Oleophobic Finish

Repels oils and fingerprints. The final layer. Cleans up with a single pass of the included optical-grade microfiber cloth.

Chapter IV

Built on what the
science actually says.

Chapter V

Tested.
Measured.
Documented.

Every batch of Sleepaxa Facial Wrap undergoes spectrometer-validated wavelength testing across the 480 to 520 nm migraine-trigger band, before it leaves our facility.

No estimates. No assumptions. Just measured filtration, validated against the standards used in clinical photophobia research.

Chapter VI

What changes,
after a week.

No.

01

Migraine triggers soften

Fluorescent flicker, harsh LED screens, supermarket lighting, oncoming headlights — the everyday triggers that used to start an attack often feel measurably gentler.

No.

02

Nothing leaks in from the edges

Overhead fluorescents and side-glare used to bypass regular frames entirely. The wrap seals the top, sides, and bottom — the filter finally gets to do its whole job.

No.

03

Eye strain dissolves

Long screen hours stop ending in burning eyes and tension headaches. Contrast sharpens. Glare dims. Focus stays where you put it.

No.

04

Light sensitivity, all day

Wear them indoors at work. Wear them outdoors in the sun. Same FL-41 filtration, same full-coverage seal, carrying through every environment, every hour.

Prescription Available

From 1.56 to 1.74.
Your prescription, perfected.

From standard 1.56 for low to moderate prescriptions, all the way to ultra-thin 1.74 for high powers. The Facial Wrap adapts to your vision, never asks your vision to adapt to it.
